The Agreement, concluded between the State of Netherlands and the United Nations in 1994, regulated the seat in Netherlands of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), established by the Security Council of the United Nations (resolution 808 (1993) of 22 February 1993).
