The Supplementary study, prepared by the Secretariat of the United Nations in the context of the International Law Commission’s studies on privileges and immunities of international organizations, scrutinies the practice followed since 1966 by the United Nations, the specialized agencies and IAEA in respect of their status, privileges and immunities.
