Adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly, the Resolution recommends that member States of the Council of Europe and the international organisations to which they belong: introduce reasonable alternative means of protection of the rights of international organizations’ staff; ensure the availability of such remedies are available for trade unions; introduce procedures for appeals against decisions of the internal tribunals of international organisations in employment disputes; ensure transparency, impartiality and independence of employment dispute procedures.
